Ok so this looks pretty sweet, its called the wii power glove and it looks like it might be an awesome addition to the wiimote team:

it looks like to buttons are controlled by pressing fingers together and finger triggers are built in.

No what i mwan is that they will probably create some type of glove type remote without a wiimote as the base. Sorry I was so vague

It's not next-gen. The Powerglove was originally one of the main deisign ideas for the wii. but they all thought it sucked so they used a remote control instead.

Not really, it was based off of the power glove for SNES? (not sure) It was one of the systems of old. Anyway, they based it off of that and thought that the wii, being so interactive and all, would be a good time to really exploit it. It appears as though it isn't a big enough jump from the wiimote for them to actually get sales off of it so I guess Nintendo tossed the idea. They would make more money selling it for 360 or PS3, but since wii is already at that level of interactivity, they don't need it.

The Power Glove was originally for the NES. Just take a look at the greatest movie of all time, THE WIZARD. (Just kidding, but it was a great when I was a kid waiting for SMB3 to be released)
i dont see how you could hit all the buttons and there is a lot of stuff on there and you would have to buy diffrent sizes also that would get very sweaty

Really, have any of you actually played with the PowerGlove on the NES? This is just some mod that was posted online. It is just a white Wii Remote painted black modded to pull the buttons to the fingers.
