Grasshopper Manufacturer, the developer of No More Heroes, says that they have new plans for the No More Heroes franchise, by stating that:
"I really want to make NMH a big franchise and with this second episode have bigger success. I'm putting a lot of care into developing this IP, as I feel there's a lot of potential," he said. The thing is, although the Wii does reign supreme on practically all charts reports there are out there to date, the core market is struggling on the Wii platform.
That is why for their latest game, No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle, will mark the end of the NMH games roaming free on the Wii.

"I think this is the last NMH that is going to be developed on Wii. To expand NMH to new possibilities, we need a new platform. Wii is a great platform, but we've done everything we can with it now."
This really sucks because I thought NMH was a great Wii franchise, I think they could have done a lot more with these games on the Wii.
thats just evil of them to do to NMH fans
if they do somethign like this to the conduit, all hell will break loose
( i used hell as a place so it's not swearing)
"Can't live with the guilt? fine...die with it"
