    OMG Rock Band: The Beatles

    Some of you might have heard about it but I'm just mentioning for those who haven't heard. There is going to be a Rock Band for The Beatles. http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdaily/index.php/2009/03/05/the-beatles-rock-band-set-to-hit-stores-september-9-2009/. I looked it up and it will be coming to the Wii(good news for us). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Beatles_(video_game) Despite if you like The Beatles or not you can deny that they are one of the best rock bands ever if not the best and have influenced music in a big way. Coming September 9, when its coming out I will buy this game. What do u guys think isn't this awesome!!!

    its going to be awesome. hopefully it will include the 1 album srgnt peppers lonely heartsclub band and help

    p.s i kind of already made a forum about this and next people (anybody) should look or search to see if there is another thread about a topic because wii have like 5 or 6 threads about the conduit
    and this is what we need mods for

    Yeah, it's gonna be cool when there are mods, cause they will (hopefully) have the power to combine threads.

    either combine threads or simply delete the 2nd one. it will work either way.

    i honestly dont like all these single band guitar hero/rock band additions. first aerosmith, then metallica, now beatles, and i think i saw something of a van halen game coming out. in my opinion, one band doesnt constitute me to dish out 50 dollars for a game. but, if your simply in love with the band, it will be worth a buy.

    you don't have to LOVE the band to get it i didn't even know who aerosmith was before guitar hero aerosmith and i thought metallica was going to be like super super hardcore metal but i ended up liking both those bands and the beatles is just going to be awesome cause i already know that i like the beatles and with the ludwig drum its going to be awesome

    i understand you dont have to LOVE the band to buy it. especially if you havn't even heard of the band in the first place, its a great way to get familiar with them. but i have heard of all of these bands, i flat out dont like aerosmith, a few of metallica's songs are all right, i enjoy a some of the beatles songs, but not enough to drop 50 dollars on it. it basically comes down to your preference in music. for me, its not worth the buy. may be another story for you.
    the main point i was trying to make though, was that i think activision/harmonix should set their goals on creating an awesome list of music with some variety, rather then 90% of the set list be 1 band, with other bands sprinkled in between.

    okay you make more sense now. but actually its 50 50 between the main band and other songs. cause they had 20 or so metallica tracks and 20 other songs

    im just happy that they finally started the prroject ....at first it was a rummor then a idea then got kicked and now its back
