    Guitar hero replacement discs

    from what I read is that when you send in your disc they will send you a free faceplate that is red and black I should get my new disc in a few weeks this is what the faceplate looks like http://www.nintendowiifanboy.com/2008/03/22/activision-and-redoctane-send-guitar-faceplates-to-guitar-hero-iii-owners/

    I really want it to be, but surely this isn't true
    Those things cost like 20 bucks!
    I actually just sent my GH3 disc away in the mail this morning, and Activision is already forgiven in my mind. A faceplate? If this is true theyre my new favorite company. Now if Harmonix could just compensate us with some online DLC.

    That. Is. AWESOME. now I really can't wait to get that back.
    Now if only we could get some goshdarn DLC, I'd be a very happy guy

    i just got my game back with the new sound but I haven't got the faceplate yet

    Punisher, it will take about 4-5 weeks after the disc is returned to get the faceplate.
