duksandfish can definitely help you.

me knows what you doing wrong...... besically, the tetris game you downloaded was not a .elf file, am i right? It was a .dol.
.dol files can be played, but only with the help of a loader such as the homebrew channel or the front sd elf loader.

Just renaming it an elf will not work. I reccomend you try something else, and make sure the file is a .elf originally, and not a .dol i will but a link underleath this video on wiiliketopodcast of something you can try.

I reccomend these things as i have treied them, and i know they work, and your trouble is that you were renaming a .dol or something else file (hard to tell in the video) to .elf, and that will not work.

ok no probs, does it work now, and what file extension did the file have.

Finally, what secreencast software were you using, as hypercam, camstudio and camtaia all have their own sound recording from microphone, thus eliminating the need to use sound recorder =P

p.s. the tetris i got was .rar

aha, rar is like zip, and needs to be uncompressed, if you uncompressed it with winRAR then you would have gotten an elf file.

no better audio vids four at least 3 weeks, because my camera does not record sound, meaning the only thing i can use as a microphone is my mobile phone, which gives very bad quality. However, soon i am getting a laptop which will have a built in mic, plus i am getting a capture card.
