hmm... well, as both yours and mine dont work as avatars, i think it is because the animation is too long, so as well as the file and pxl size, i think we have to watch the length, both my old one and my one now are 8, .10 second frames, so maybe we have to limit it to under one second, but i think Arving should tells us exactly how the system work, but i might look on the Drupal website......

Yeah, I made a new one with only 3 frames interchanging, but it still doesn't work, but we'll see.

Basically, you need to make each frame in ms pain or similar, and then save each frame as a bmp image. When you have done that you need a gif animator where you can put al the frames in and set them to whatever length you want (i put them as .10s)

Google is your friend

I googled for a gif animation producer, and set it as .15 fps,(Frames per second, i think) and i used ms paint. I even made a shorter one, but it does not work on this website.
