the best games for wii in 2009?

i am confused on what to do. there are so many good games coming out this year and i still want to buy a lot of 360 games and i only have so much money i know the conduit is a must but what about other games like

wii games

guitar hero metalica
sonic and the black knight
indiana jones and the staff of kings
call of duty world at war

360 games

halo wars
lost planet 2
halo 3 odst
skate 2
call of duty 4

and i still want to buy a dsi (but i might get it for my birthday if i get my grades up from when i was sick for 2 weeks) so what games should i get out of all of those because im not rich and i need to know which ones to get.

also what are some good ds games besides phantom hour glass

I've been hearing good things about Halo Wars and of course you can't expect that Halo 3 ODST is going to be a good game. My skating friends tell me they like Skate 2 and think it's something. If you're going to buy Guitar Hero Metalica make sure to save some money and that you're a fan. Whenever you're not sure if a game is going to be good just read the review after it comes out. I recommend ign.com.

mad world isn't for me its way way to gorey. and i buy guitar hero because its guitar hero not for the music because i bought guitar hero aerosmith not because i liked the band (i didn't even know of them) but because i needed new songs to play

Obviously the Conduit and Madworld :-) They look insanely good...
Also everyones been hearing stuff about Sadness which looks like it has potential, I'm not sure if its coming out this year or not though...
Fatal Frame IV also looks like it might be cool, who knows though.
And lets cross our fingers that these idiots at Capcom will give us Res 5!!!

omg thanks palbert! i almsot forgot about sadness! i don't like scary games (im skipping dead space:extraction) but it may be worth checking out (hopefully the company didn;t file for bankrupty again)

for me it depends on what sadness is about and how it plays and if its to scary. madworld is way to gorey as i said before. we can pretty much say that if the conduit isn't m that we are all getting it. can anybody give me a list of good ds games

I would say Conduit, and MadWorld. Also others that could be possibly good is Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop, and Dead Space: Extraction.

i don't have a DS

my wii closet AKA a cereal box with games in it are are crap besides mario kart, animal crossing, zelda and SSBB so i made an oath today to only but amazing games to save money (conduti already has it's own spot..next to crackle and pop's heads.

the reason the wii has a bad name are those game makers who make half assed games thinking little tikes make the wii, but seriosly the wii has some power to it
